An email interview was conducted with one of these trainers, Monica Davis, who has more than two decades of experience in maintaining her own fitness level for her profession. Here is an exclusive interview with Monica, who is currently working for a London escort company.
Q. What motivates you to maintain good medical condition to continue being healthy?
A. I don’t believe in spending money on gym memberships and fitness centers so I try to keep myself busy at home by doing various exercises which are low cost and time consuming. Also, I rely on the real food that I get from my regular grocery shopping, too. By eating regular healthy meals, I get more time to do other things which are more “significant” for me like reading novels or watching movies, etc., especially during the holidays when im not working for London escorts it gets more fun!
Q. Which exercises do you do?
A. I have to be honest, I have a small gym set-up in my apartment which is rarely used because I don’t like working out in the same setting as my London escort clients. However, as an escort for a top city agency, where many of the escorts are world famous models and actresses who love to keep fit and beautiful, we always exercise during lunch break or at night after our second or third appointments.
One of the regular exercises we do is…
Deep knee bends: Sit on the floor and place your knees on your chest and straighten them up as much as you can. Contract your abs to keep your back straight. Hold for ten seconds and repeat ten times.
Weight Lifting: Stand on one foot and lift the other leg up as high as you can, using just the strength of your standing foot. Do this twenty times on each leg. Repeat with both hands on knees, squatting down to the floor then back up again. Do this ten times.
Q. What are some of your tips that you would tell someone who’s starting out? What are some things you would advise them to remember?
A. If you’re new to an exercise program, start out slowly and gently. Don’t overload by increasing your routine too quickly or overstraining. Start with one routine every other day and every week add one more routine to your workout schedule. It’s better to do five minutes of exercises than none at all.
Q. What role does nutrition play in your health?
A. I always have my food portioned at cheap escorts so I can finish off the right amount of calories for my body’s needs. Also, I think healthy eating is about moderation. If you eat too much processed food, it can very easily be converted into fat which is why I try to stay away from it most of the time.
Q. How do you keep fit?
A. I love to go hiking and mountain climbing, but climbing mountains has become more difficult for most rock climbers because of the recent tragedies on Mt Everest. In order for me to keep myself healthy, I must be active all the time within a comfortable range. Therefore, stay away from dangerous sports activities which can easily wreck your body.
Q. Do you have any tips on how to manage stress and depression?
A. Right now, I feel very lucky because I get to go on a skiing holiday in a month’s time which I find mentally relaxing. Also, going backpacking with my boyfriend is another aspect that keeps us both going! As for stress and depression, it’s best to talk to someone about what exactly is stressing you out.
